This piece captures the energy I get from one of my all time favourites - Move On Up by Curtis Mayfield. It's my go to to raise my vibration when I’m feeling stuck, down or just need to shift my mood. How can you sit still with this track playing, there’s only one thing to do - dance, shake it off and feel better... that's what I was doing as I painted this piece, feeling my energy rise and translating that into colour and movement in paint.
